Alpha Growth Plc (LSE: ALGW and OTCQB: ALPGF), a leading financial services specialist in the growing longevity asset class and insurance linked asset management, announces that all resolu ti ons proposed at its Annual General Mee ti ng, held 16 June 2023, were duly passed.
