Applied Intellectual Capital ("AIC")

New Holding Company

Applied Intellectual Capital, (AIM: AINC/L), a company incorporated in Nevada,
USA, today announces that it has posted documents to shareholders in relation to
the proposed re-domiciling of the group under a new holding company incorporated
in Jersey, Channel Islands.

The new holding company will be called Applied Intellectual Capital Limited
("New AIC"), and will retain the same ticker code.

The decision to create a new holding company was announced in principle on 11th
December 2007. The purpose of the reorganisation is to grant shareholders the
ability to settle their shares in CREST. The Directors consider that joining
CREST will be in the best interests of the group and shareholders because it
allows for faster and easier settlement, which should result in greater
liquidity of New AIC's shares than is currently afforded by the settlement of
AIC's certificated "Reg S" shares.

The shareholders' Special Meeting to approve the re-domiciling will be held on
3rd March 2008. Dealings in the shares of New AIC are expected to commence on
12th March 2008.
