    CONSOLIDATION OF ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL


    AIM Resources Limited (ASX:AIM; AIM:AIMR) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement dated 23 October
2008, it has now completed the process of consolidation of the Company's Ordinary Shares.

    Following this exercise, the Company has 106,885,300 Ordinary Shares of nil par value in issue and these shares have been admitted to
