    Mumbwa Drilling results

    KEY POINTS
    *     401m of copper ("Cu") mineralisation indentified in drillhole S36-017, between 62m and 463m depth;
    *     Average weighted Cu grade over the entire 401m sampled interval is 0.98%;
    *     Mineralisation appears to be more persistent from 161m to 431m depth for a drilled thickness for 270 metres @ 1.37 % Cu;
    * Mineralised zones identified include the following drilled thicknesses:
    *     12 metres @ 1.17 % Cu between 161 and 173 metres;
    *     20 metres @ 1.01 % Cu between 177 and 197 metres;
    *     228 metres @ 1.47 % Cu between 203 and 431 metres.
    * Best drilled intersections greater than 10% copper include:
    *     19.50 % Cu between 285 and 289 metres;
    *     11.05 % Cu between 316 and 317 metres.
    AIM Resources Limited ("the Company" or "AIM Resources") is pleased to provide additional assay results received from the Mumbwa Phase 3
drilling program in Zambia.
    Managing Director Scott Lowe said:
    "These results continue to confirm the presence of copper mineralisation at Mumbwa and provides further confidence in the exploration
strategy being undertaken by the Company and its JV partner, BHP Billiton. The data received so far is encouraging, and justifies additional
work to define the extent of IOCG mineralisation, and determine the geometry, structure and relationship between mineralisation and the
geology in the Mumbwa area.
    The Company remains optimistic about the potential for this Project, and has commissioned an independent geologist to review results
from the first 7 available drill holes, and the Company will provide an interpretation of results when available".
    The Mumbwa Joint Venture("JV") Project is being explored with 50:50 partners, BHP Billiton, for Iron Oxide Copper-Gold ("IOCG") style
mineralisation. The Phase 3 drilling program involved drilling a total of 8,000m which was fully funded by AIM Resources.
    A total of 18 holes were cored drilled from Phase 3 and results from 6 holes already received have been previously reported by the
Company. Ongoing assay results from other holes will be reported as received, on a hole by hole basis, however the Company is reviewing the
recent data set and is proposing to provide some comments and interpretation of results.
    AIM Resources have received results for hole S36-017, and interpreted drill intersections are presented below.
    These reported intersections represent drilled thickness and are calculated based on "cut off" grades of 0.25% copper (Cu) and 0.25g/t
gold (Au). True width intersections were not quoted in these results as additional interpretation is required to correllate data from
adjacent drill holes.
      Results for drillhole S36-017
    *     4 metres @ 0.31 % Cu between 62 and 66 metres.
    *     2 metres @ 0.35 % Cu between 74 and 76 metres.
    *     2 metres @ 0.29 % Cu between 82 and 84 metres.
    *     12 metres @ 0.38 % Cu between 110 and 122 metres.
    *     6 metres @ 0.62 % Cu between 128 and 134 metres.
    *     4 metres @ 0.49 % Cu between 144 and 148 metres.
    *     12 metres @ 1.17 % Cu between 161 and 173 metres,
    *     including 3 metres @ 1.36 % Cu between 161 and 164 metres,
    *     and 3 metres @ 2.26 % Cu between 166 and 169 metres,
    *     and1 metre @ 1.16 % Cu between 172 and 173 metres.
    *     20 metres @ 1.01 % Cu between 177 and 197 metres,
    *     including 12 metres @ 1.37 % Cu between 177 and 189 metres,
    *     *     and 1 metre @ 1.60 % Cu between 194 and 195 metres.
    *     228 metres @ 1.47 % Cu between 203 and 431 metres,
    *     including 78 metres @ 0.78 % Cu between 203 and 281 metres,
    *     and 50 metres @ 4.29 % Cu between 285 and 335 metres,
    *     and 87 metres @ 0.67 % Cu between 344 and 431metres.
    *     1 metre @ 0.32 % Cu between 448 and 449 metres.
    *     4 metres @ 0.50 % Cu between 452 and 456 metres.
    *     1 metre @ 0.32 % Cu between 462 and 463 metres.
    Drillhole S36-017 is located on the western side of the target area, and situated approximately 200 metres south from hole S36-001,
drilled in 2007 during the previous Phase 2 program.
    S36-017 was core drilled at an angle of 70 degrees towards the east (090 degrees), for an end of hole depth totalling 500.50 meters. A
total of 430 samples of drill core and quality control samples were submitted for preparation and analysis by AH Knight Group of
laboratories.
    Diagrams and Table of Results from hole S36-017 are available on www.aimresources.com.au, which provides a drill hole location plan,
cross sections and details of all sample intervals.
 ATTRIBUTION The information in this report which relates to Exploration
              Results at the Mumbwa JV Project has been reviewed and approved
              for release by Mr Michael J Robertson, MSc, Pr.Sci.Nat., MSAIMM
              who has 20 years experience in mineral exploration, and who is a
              full-time employee of MSA Geoservices, and has sufficient
              experience in relation to the style of mineralisation and type
              of deposit under consideration to qualify as a Competent Person
              as defined by the "Australasian Code for Reporting of
              Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves" (The
              JORC Code 2004 Edition) and as a Qualified Person under the AIM
              Rules. Mr Robertson has consented to inclusion of this
              information in the form and context in which it appears.
    Note:
    Gold and copper assays are performed by ISO/17025 accredited Alaska Assay Laboratories (a Member of the Alfred H. Knight Group) in
Alaska, using hot aqua regia atomic absorption spectroscopic (AAS) analyses for copper and conventional fire assay procedures with AAS
finish on 30g aliquots for gold. Multi-element inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopic (ICP-MS) analyses are currently subcontracted
to ACME Analytical Laboratories Ltd in Vancouver.
    A Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program forms part of the drilling, sampling and assay program on the Mumbwa Project. This
program includes chain of custody protocol as well as systematic submittal of certified reference materials, duplicates and blank samples
into the flow of samples produced by the drilling.
