    o    1 metre @ 4.13 % Cu between 423 and 424 metres.
    AIM Resources Limited ("the Company", "AIM Resources", ASX: AIM, AIM: AIMR) is pleased to provide the following assay results from the
Phase 3 drilling program of the Mumbwa Project - a Joint Venture ("JV") with BHP Billiton in Zambia.
    The Phase 3 drilling program entailed 18 cored holes for a total of 8,000m of drilling. This Phase of the program was fully funded by
AIM Resources.
    Of the 18 holes completed, 14 reached their target depth, with the remaining 4 achieving a shorter than planned depth due to ground
conditions and drilling difficulties.
    The Company has received results for hole S36-016, and interpreted drill intersections are presented below.
    These reported intersections represent drilled thickness and are calculated based on "cut off" grades of 0.25% copper (Cu) and 0.25g/t
gold (Au). True width intersections were not quoted in these results as additional interpretation is required to correllate data from
adjacent drill holes.
    Managing Director Scott Lowe said:
    "These are very encouraging results which constitute further indication of mineralisation at Mumbwa. We look forward to receiving more
results and working together with our partners BHP Billiton to advance our understanding of the nature and extent of the mineralisation of
this exciting iron oxide copper gold project".
    Results for drillhole S36-016
    *     4 metres @ 0.36 % Cu between 88 and 92 metres.
    *     2 metres @ 0.28 % Cu between 102 and 104 metres.
    *     164 metres @ 0.60 % Cu between 114 and 278 metres,
    o    including 16 metres @ 0.28 % Cu between 114 and 130 metres,
    o    and 2 metres @ 0.32 % Cu between 134 and 136 metres,
    o    and 25 metres @ 0.40 % Cu between 139 and 164 metres,
    o    and 24 metres @ 0.66 % Cu between 166 and 190 metres,
    o    and 86 metres @ 0.75 % Cu between 192 and 278 metres,
       *  including 6 metres @ 3.23 % Cu between 242 and 248 metres.
    * 56 metres @ 0.54 % Cu between 290 and 346 metres,    o    including 18 metres @ 0.83 % Cu between 290 and 308 metres,
       *  including 2 metres @ 3.99 % Cu between 305 and 307 metres.
    o    and 12 metres @ 0.53 % Cu between 310 and 322 metres,
    o    and 8 metres @ 0.59 % Cu between 325 and 333 metres,
    o    and 9 metres @ 0.30 % Cu between 337 and 346 metres.
    *     8 metres @ 0.30 % Cu between 367 and 375 metres.
    *     2 metres @ 0.33 % Cu between 387 and 389 metres.
    *     5 metres @ 0.75 % Cu between 394 and 399 metres.
    *     1 metre @ 0.45 % Cu between 402 and 403 metres.
    *     1 metre @ 4.13 % Cu between 423 and 424 metres.
    Drillhole S36-016 is located on the western side of the target area, and situated approximately 350 metres north from hole S36-001,
drilled in 2007 during the previous Phase 2 program.
    S36-016 was core drilled at an angle of 70 degrees towards the east (090 degrees), for an end of hole depth totalling 438.50 meters. A
total of 314 samples of drill core were submitted for preparation and analysis by AH Knight Group of laboratories.
    Diagrams and Table of Results from hole S36-016 are available on www.aimresources.com.au, which provides a drill hole location plan,
cross section and details of all sample intervals for hole S36-016.
 ATTRIBUTION The information in this report which relates to Exploration
              Results at the Mumbwa JV Project has been reviewed and approved
              for release by Mr Michael J Robertson, MSc, Pr.Sci.Nat., MSAIMM
              who has 20 years experience in mineral exploration, and who is a
              full-time employee of MSA Geoservices, and has sufficient
              experience in relation to the style of mineralisation and type
              of deposit under consideration to qualify as a Competent Person
              as defined by the "Australasian Code for Reporting of
              Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves" (The
              JORC Code 2004 Edition) and as a Qualified Person under the AIM
              Rules. Mr Robertson has consented to inclusion of this
              information in the form and context in which it appears.
    Note:
    Gold and copper assays are performed by ISO/17025 accredited Alaska Assay Laboratories (a Member of the Alfred H. Knight Group) in
Alaska, using hot aqua regia atomic absorption spectroscopic (AAS) analyses for copper and conventional fire assay procedures with AAS
finish on 30g aliquots for gold. Multi-element inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopic (ICP-MS) analyses are currently subcontracted
to ACME Analytical Laboratories Ltd in Vancouver.
    A Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program forms part of the drilling, sampling and assay program on the Mumbwa Project. This
program includes chain of custody protocol as well as systematic submittal of certified reference materials, duplicates and blank samples
into the flow of samples produced by the drilling.
