The Issuer announces that, further to the circular posted to Security Holders on 1 June 2020, a further circular to Security Holders of the following classes of Commodity Securities has been posted on 25 June 2020 and an adjourned meeting of the Security Holders of these classes has been convened for 8 July 2020:

Affected Security Holders should note that a duly completed form of proxy deposited in respect of the

Original Meeting will continue to be valid for the Adjourned Meeting unless previously revoked or superseded by a further form of proxy prior to the Adjourned Meeting.

If holders of the Affected Securities wish to listen to the Adjourned Meeting, arrangements will be made for them to listen virtually via such teleconference facility as shall be specified by the chairperson ahead of the Adjourned Meeting. Holders of the Affected Securities who wish to listen to the Adjourned Meeting in this way are directed to contact the Company's Registrar by email at #JERegistryRMs@computershare.co.je by no later than 6 p.m. on 6 July 2020 in respect of the, and will require proof of identity and holding. Holders of the Affected Securities who request that their votes are included by proxy will be unaffected and will not be requested to take any further action.
