Aero Inventory plc ("the Company") has been informed that, on 17 March 2009: 
 
 
  *  Byrnece Turner, spouse of Frank Turner, purchased 16,800 Ordinary Shares of 
  1.25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); 
  *  Julian Mark Turner, adult son of Frank Turner, a non-executive director of the 
  Company, purchased 5,600 Ordinary Shares; and 
  *  Dr. Suzanne N Faithfull, adult daughter of Frank Turner, purchased 
  5,600 Ordinary Shares. 
 
 
 
All the purchases were at a price of 175 pence per share. 
 
 
As a result of these purchases, Mr Turner has direct and beneficial interests in 
653,846 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.25% of the issued share capital of the
