Special Resolution by Shareholders at the General Meeting held on 24 November 
2009 and the issue by Companies House of a Certificate of Incorporation on 
Change of Name, the name of the Company has been changed to Maven Income and 
Growth VCT 3 PLC. 
 
 
Copies of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name have been submitted 
to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the
