("Amiad" or the "Company")
Result of Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General
Meeting
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment
and filtration solutions, announces that at the Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") and Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the
Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
This includes approval of the resolution to cancel the admission
of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("AIM
Cancellation"), conditional upon the listing of the Ordinary Shares
on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE Listing"). The Directors
continue to anticipate that the TASE Listing will occur in the
second half of August 2021. Accordingly, as stated in the Company's
announcement of 23 July 2021, the Company expects its trading
facility on AIM to be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 26
August 2021. The Company will update the market in due course.
