Directorate Change

The Company announces that Javier Segura has stepped down as the Group's Managing Director and a member of the Board with immediate effect for health reasons.

Andrew Tonks, the Group's Finance Director has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group with immediate effect. In addition, John Morton, the Chief Marketing Officer of Aerte Limited, the Group's principal trading subsidiary, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.

John Bateson, Aerte Chairman, commented:

"I would like to thank Javier for all his efforts for the Company. He leaves the Group with our best wishes for the future. I am pleased that Andrew Tonks has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer to lead the Group in its ongoing development."
