Annual Reports and  Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007, together with 
the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the proxy form, have been

The AGM of ADSL will be held at No. 2379, Wu Zhong Road, Minhang District, 
Shanghai 201101, People's Republic of China at 12:00p.m.  on Tuesday, 20th of
