                            Director's Share Dealing

ADSL was notified on 7 April 2008 that Michael Kingshott, the Non-executive
Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 80,000 ordinary shares of �0.01
each in ADSL ('Ordinary Shares') at the price of 20p per share, for his two
sons, Oliver Kingshott and Theo Kingshott on 7 April 2008.

Following the purchases, Michael Kingshott's interest in the Ordinary Shares now
represents 1,505,000 (1) Ordinary Shares and 4.9 (1) per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company.

Note (1): Excluding 339,835 Ordinary Shares held on trust for and on behalf of
Andrew Ting Koon Tan and 331,497 Ordinary Shares held by Get Ahead Investments
Limited that Mr Michael Kingshott and his family are interested in as
beneficiary of a trust managed by Get Ahead Investments Limited.
