Armor Designs, Inc., ("ADI", "Armor" or the "Company"), a knowledge-based designer, developer and manufacturer of next generation composite protective products in the fields of oil & natural gas, infrastructure, aerospace, sports, nuclear, and personal protection, announces that it has posted its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on Wednesday, 20 November 2013 at the Center for Terrorism Law conference room, School of Law, St. Mary's University, One Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, TX 78228.
