The Company announces, following notification yesterday, that following a
transaction on 14 October 2008, Singer and Friedlander Investment Limited holds
1,636,840 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company,
equivalent to 5.10 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Adili. The
shares are registered in the name of Sinjul Nominees Ltd.
