(the "Company" or "Actual Experience")
Grant of Options
Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service
company, announces that on 30 November 2022 it granted options
("Options") over 9,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain employees and
Directors of the Company.
The Options have an exercise price of 10 pence and vest in two
equal tranches on 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024. The Options, once
vested, can be exercisable anytime up until the 10th anniversary of
the date of grant.
Three directors of the Company have been granted options over a
total of 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares as follows:

As announced on 21 September 2022, the Board has concluded that
some historic share options no longer act as an incentive for
employees and Directors as a result of the current share price of
the Company. Accordingly, the Company also announces that is has
cancelled 829,000 employee share options currently in issue.
Subsequent to this grant and cancellation of options, a total of
9,997,250 share options will be in issue equivalent to 4.64% of the
Company's issued share capital.
The Directors maintain that the cancellation of current options
and the issue of new options will be important to be able to retain
key employees and provide motivation to them.

of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
