Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the Digital Work place Management Systems provider, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement released on 21 September 2022, Harmesh Suniara has been appointed to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Mr Suniara is a portfolio manager at Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited which has a focus on active engagement with the companies in which it invests. He has been investing in UK smaller companies for over 15 years with a focus on the technology and life sciences sectors. Harmesh graduated in Physics from the University of Cambridge.

In accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules, Harmesh Kumar Suniara, aged 51, does not currently hold any directorships or partnerships and has not held any directorships or partnerships in the past 5 years.

As at the date of this announcement, Harmesh Suniara holds 1,463,750 ordinary shares in the Company.

Save as set out above there are no further disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Harmesh Suniara.
