                            Director's shareholding

The Company has been notified that Simon Mathias, Non Executive Director,
yesterday became beneficially interested, by way of marriage, in an additional
102,500 ordinary shares of 0.01p each, equivalent to 0.15 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company. Mr Mathias is now beneficially interested
in 902,500 ordinary shares in Aspen, equivalent to 1.30 per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company.
