The Board have pleasure in announcing a final dividend of 6.50p per share making the total for the year 10.40p; an increase of 1.9% year on year.

The shares will trade ex dividend on 20 June 2012, the Record date will be 22 June 2012 and will be paid to shareholders on 18 July 2012.

The final results will be announced and the annual report and accounts will be posted to shareholders on 31 May 2012.
