This Interim Management Statement is provided in accordance with Rule 4.3 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and also includes relevant information in respect of the period from 1 March 2011 to the 18 November 2011. This statement has been prepared solely to provide additional information in order to meet the relevant requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and should not be relied on by shareholders, or any other party, for any other purpose.

Investment Objective:

To invest in a wide variety of quality stocks both in the UK and abroad, seeking consistent growth in capital and income.

Recent Material Events:

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Chandos to the board. He brings a wealth of experience and we look forward to working with him.

The board announced an interim dividend of 3.9p. The shares traded XD on 26(th) October 2011.

Albany Investment Trust has changed AIC sector classification and now resides within the Growth and Income sector.
