                                 CHANGE OF NAME



Pursuant to the approvals granted by shareholders at the EGM on 15 May 2006, the
Directors have changed the name of the Company to Skywest Airlines Limited.

The name change will be effective on 20 November 2007 and the new trading symbol
for the Company will be  SKYW.
