The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated October 20, 2022 in respect of an issue of EUR 50,000,000 CMS Rate linked Floating Rate Senior Notes due October 24, 2034 (the "Notes").

The Notes are issued under the U.S.$20,000,000,000 Note Issuance Programme established by Bank of Montreal.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus July 15, 2022 and the supplement dated August 30, 2022, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 8 of the UK Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018). Full information on Bank of Montreal, and the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms with respect to the Notes.
