Sale of Retained Bonds

CHARM Finance plc (the "Issuer") has appointed TradeRisks Limited to arrange meetings with fixed income investors to discuss the possible sale of its GBP30m of the Bonds which it currently holds as Retained Bonds as defined in the Prospectus of the Issuer dated 26th August 2015.

GBP100m in nominal amount of Bonds were issued on 26 August 2015, including GBP30m Retained Bonds.

Any sale will be subject to market conditions.

The possible sale of the Retained Bonds described above is inside information for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
