CHANGE TO THE REGISTERED OFFICES AND THE BOARDS OF ELENIA
INVESTMENTS S.À R.L. AND LAKESIDE NETWORK INVESTMENTS S.À R.L.
Elenia Verkko Oyj EUR3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for
the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed
by Elenia Oy (formerly Elenia Palvelut Oy), Lakeside Network
Investments S.à r.l. and Elenia Investments S.à r.l.
The composition of the boards of directors of Elenia Investments
S.à r.l. and Lakeside Network Investments S.à r.l. have changed. Ms
Caroline Goergen and Ms Roberta Masson have ceased to be members of
the board of directors of Elenia Investments S.à r.l. and Lakeside
Network Investments S.à r.l. effective as of 31 December 2020.
Ms Rosa Villalobos and Mr Pascal Geiter have been appointed as
new members of the board of directors of Elenia Investments S.à
r.l. on 31 December 2020. Following the afore mentioned
appointments Elenia Investments S.à r.l.'s board of directors
consist of the following members:
Mr Thomas Metzger
Mr Sergii Tarnakin
Ms Rosa Villalobos
Mr Pascal Geiter
Ms Rosa Villalobos, Mr Pascal Geiter and Ms Ingrid Moinet have
been appointed as new members of the board of directors of Lakeside
Network Investments S.à r.l. on 31 December 2020. Following the
afore mentioned appointments Lakeside Network Investments S.à
r.l.'s board of directors consist of the following members:
Mr Thomas Metzger
Mr Sergii Tarnakin
Ms Rosa Villalobos
Mr Pascal Geiter
Ms Ingrid Moinet
Furthermore, the registered office of Elenia Investments S.à
r.l. and Lakeside Network Investments S.à r.l. is transferred to a
new address at 20, Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy
of Luxembourg effective as of 31 December 2020.
