National Grid Gas plc announces it has repurchased GBP17,039,000 of the GBP61,421,000 6 per cent. Instruments due May 2038 for cancellation. Following the repurchase the amount of securities outstanding is GBP44,382,000.

National Grid Electricity Transmission plc

National Grid Electricity Transmission plc announces it has repurchased GBP3,314,000 of the GBP149,801,000 5.875 per cent. Instruments due February 2024 for cancellation. Following the repurchase the amount of securities outstanding is GBP146,487,000.
