N O T I C E

"Petrol" AD (the "Company") is hereby informing the holders of the EUR100,000,000 8.375 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2017, issued by "Petrol" AD and guaranteed by "Naftex Petrol" EOOD (ISIN: XS0271812447) (the "Notes") of the following matter:

On March 25, 2016 the Company has received a notice of resignation from The Bank of New York Mellon as a Trustee, pursuant to the Trust Deed, dated October 26, 2006 and the two supplemental trust deeds dated October 6, 2011 and January 6, 2012. The Trustee's resignation is due to take effect on 22(nd) May 2016.

On March 25, 2016 the Company has received a notice of resignation from The Bank of New York Mellon as a Principal Paying and Transfer Agent and the Registrar (together the Agents), pursuant to the Agency Agreement, dated October 26, 2006. The Agent's resignation is due to take effect on 22(nd) May 2016.

The Company is in the process of adopting another trust corporation as successor Trustee and successor Agent.
