ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022

The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- Major revenue stream comprised of income from investment properties, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 285.86 million, AED 136.99 million and AED 204.06 million respectively for the year ended 31 December 2022.

   --    Profit for the year ended 31 December 2022 amounted to AED 277.27 million. 
   --    As of 31 December 2022, the Company's total equity was AED 9,295 million. 
   --    Financial Summary for the reported year is as follows:
