the offering circular with respect to the Notes issued by Mortgages No 7 plc 
dated 2 August 2005. 
Mortgages PLC has resigned as Special Servicer and as Mortgage Administrator. It 
is intended that the resignation will take effect on and from 7 December 2009. 
On and from such date, Homeloan Management Limited has been appointed as Special 
Servicer and as Mortgage Administrator pursuant to a replacement special 
servicing agreement and a replacement mortgage administration agreement which 
are on substantially the same terms as the original special servicing agreement 
and original mortgage administration agreement. 
Copies of the replacement special servicing agreement and replacement mortgage 
administration agreement are available for inspection by the Noteholders and 
persons intending to acquire the Notes during ordinary business hours at the 
registered office of the Issuer.
