Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the
"Issuers") have published a Supplementary Prospectus dated 28
February 2019 in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme and the
publication on 14 February 2019 of the audited annual consolidated
financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2018
of Nestlé S.A. (the "Financial Information").
