Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the
"Issuers") have published a Supplementary Prospectus dated 31
August 2018 in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme, the
publication on 26 July 2018 of the Half-Yearly Report January-June
2018 of Nestlé S.A., the publication on 13 August 2018 of the
Half-Yearly Financial Report for the six-month period ended 30 June
