Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the
"Issuers") have published a Supplementary Prospectus dated 29 March
2018 in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme, the publication
on 13 March 2018 of the Annual Review 2017 of the Nestlé group of
companies in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2017
(the "Annual Review 2017") and the publication on 29 March 2018 of
the Annual Financial Reports of the Issuers in respect of the
financial year ended 31 December 2017.
