Johan Fant appointed Executive Vice President of Enskilda Securities

Johan Fant, who is currently Corporate Controller for the Ericsson group, will
be appointed Executive Vice President of Enskilda Securities.

He will be responsible for Finance, Risk Management, IT, Administration,
Business Support and Compliance.  Johan Fant will also join the Management
Committee of Enskilda Securities, the other members of which are:

Per-Anders Ovin, President and Chief Executive Officer,
John Abrahamson, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Finance,
Bjorn Jansson, Executive Vice President and Head of Research.
