- the scheme of arrangement between NCW and its members, other than AAC and its
subsidiaries, as proposed by AAC;

- the Court Order convening the scheme meeting of members of NCW;

- a notice of scheme meeting of members of NCW

- a proxy form for the scheme meeting; and

- a surrender form


A copy of the above is available for inspection from the Company Announcements
office of the Stock Exchange, London.
