Final Terms dated 4 September 2018 in relation to the GBP50,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2030 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP200,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2030 issued on 17 June 2011) (ISIN XS0638843085) (the "Notes") issued by South Eastern Power Networks plc (the "Issuer") under the GBP10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of the Issuer, Eastern Power Networks plc and London Power Networks plc.
