CUSIP number M0300LAA4, ISIN code USM0300LAA46 and Common Code number 052795427 with respect to the Regulation S Note

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Notes that with immediate effect, Akbank no longer requires Noteholders to comply with the procedures made with Acupay System LLC ("Acupay"), DTC and Euroclear to facilitate the collection of information regarding the identity and tax residence of Beneficial Owners of Notes, as set out in Annexes A, B and C of the Offering Memorandum dated 20 July 2010 and published by Akbank.

Noteholders are further advised that Akbank has today given notice to Acupay to terminate the arrangements made with Acupay for the collection of such information with effect from 27 February 2011 or such earlier date as may be agreed with Acupay

Accordingly Noteholders need not submit any such documentation in connection with the payment of interest due on 22 January 2011 and will not be able to submit such information with respect to any subsequent Interest Payment Date.

Noteholders are advised that no changes have been made to the terms and conditions of the Notes in connection with this announcement.
