Nomura Bank International plc (the Issuer) announces that the listing prospectus dated 28 April 2011 in connection with the issue of 1,578,947 Put Warrants linked to Gold-linked ETFs (the Prospectus) has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing.

The Prospectus will be made available to investors free of charge upon request during normal business hours from Monday to Friday each week (public holidays excepted) from and including 28 April 2011 at the registered offices of:
