Meridian Hospital Company PLC today announces that it has renewed its Management Services Agreement with HCP Social Infrastructure (UK) Limited until 2030.

The renewal includes the provision of Lifecycle Procurement, Project Management and Strategic Asset Management services previously provided under separate agreements.
