The Bank of Nova Scotia (the "Issuer") has agreed to issue EUR750,000,000 0.125 per cent. Senior Notes due September 4, 2026 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the final terms dated September 3, 2019 (the "Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended or superseded) and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated June 18, 2019 and the supplemental prospectus dated August 27, 2019 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"). Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
