As of 26 January 2023 Fitch Ratings affirmed the Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (MFB Zrt.) at 'BBB. The outlook on the IDR has been revised to negative from stable.

The rating action followed the revision of the outlook on the Hungarian sovereign from stable to negative on 20 January 2023.
