Norbert Dentressangle
First EURO PP bond issue
Norbert Dentressangle is announcing the completion of a private placement (Euro
PP) in the form of a €235 million bond issue, including a €75 million tranche
with a 6-year maturity and a 3.80% coupon, and a €160 million tranche with a
7-year maturity and a 4.0% coupon.
The bonds were placed privately with institutional investors.
Two tranches of bonds will be admitted for trading on the NYSE Euronext
regulated market in Paris on 20 December 2013:
- ISIN Code FR0011660810: €75 m, 6-year maturity, 3.80% coupon rate, due
20.12.2019;
- ISIN Code FR0011660802: €160 m, 7-year maturity, 4.0% coupon, due 20.12.2020.
Both bond prospectuses are available for consultation on the Norbert
Dentressangle and AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) websites.
For Norbert Dentressangle, this successful transaction is a new major step
towards diversifying its sources of funding, while boosting the Group's
financial flexibility and extending the maturity of its debt under favourable
conditions.
The banks that arranged the transaction are BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole
CIB, who were advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel. Norbert Dentressangle was advised
by Rothschild and Herbert Smith Freehills.
Given the current favourable market conditions, Norbert Dentressangle has also
taken this opportunity to renew its corporate lines of credit in the form of a
revolving credit facility.
