YUII Yuhe International Inc (CE)

Yuhe engages in the supply of day-old chickens raised for meat production or broilers in the People's Republic of China. Moreover, the investigation relates to the recent announcement by Yuhe’s independent auditor, Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC (“CVWB”), that it had terminated its audit relationship with the Company on June 17, 2011, due to “management’s misrepresentation and failure to disclose material facts surrounding certain acquisition transactions and off-balance sheet related party transactions” and that CVWB’s audit report for the year ended December 31, 2010 “should no longer be relied upon and must no longer be associated with the financial statements.” Trading in the Company’s stock has been halted since June 17, 2011.
