Management Solutions, announced today the company has retained
Pearl Group Advisors, Inc to professionally manage communications
for the Company with the investment community. Pearl Group will
provide UDS with strategic investor relations and communications
services to expose the UDS story to current and future investors
and business partners.
Pearl Group will work with multiple industry partners to create
awareness to the investment community about the new 888-Sub-to-Go
delivery solution that UDS has recently implemented. The new UDS
website, www.universaldelivery.com, details how the company has
“mastered the fives essentials of your delivery solution.” The
website itemizes these essentials as One-Number/Online Ordering,
Call Center Excellence, Point-of-Sale Integration, Site Delivery
Coordination, and Marketing & Training Systems.
Pearl Group Advisors will be responsible for implementing a
custom investor relations strategy that clearly identifies the UDS
market position and potential. Pearl Group will also provide UDS
with a number of other services including: investment capital
advisory service; investor relations materials and content; the
coordination of capital markets exposure with the professional
investment community; development of retail broker and analyst
relations; coordination of basic media relations; and responding to
