UAMA) announced today that on
December 4, 2018, Innovation Science and
Economic Development Canada ("ISED") approved and completed the
transfer of two wireless spectrum licenses into the name of
TNW
Wireless .
TNW
Wireless' (formerly known as RuralCom
Corporation) shares were acquired by Investel Capital
Corporation (Canada) in December 2016 and the license transfer is an
administrative
process
which
is required by
ISED whenever there is a change in control of licensed
spectrum.

full compliance with conditions of license set forth by its
Spectrum Management Branch," stated Lawry Trevor-Deutsch,

regarding our Part 1 Application related to the provision of
roaming services by Bell Mobility and TELUS as mandated by the Commission
in order to move forward with the next stage of the company's
