Item 8.01 Other Events

On January 19, 2023 the Board of Directors of the corporation voted unanimously to change the name of the issuer from Tautachrome Inc to ARtelligence Group Inc. The company is working diligently in imagery, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and partnership development in the Web 3.0 virtual economy. We believe this new name will better reflect these forward-moving activities. We are also seeking to change our stock ticker TTCM to a new ticker to better represent our new name and will announce the new stock ticker if a desirable one is approved.
