ISTANBUL--Turk Telekomunikasyon AS (TTKOM.IS) said Tuesday it has signed a $100 million loan agreement with the Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQK.DO).

In a statement, Turk Telekom said the annual interest rate on the three-year loan will be 2.75 percentage points above the London interbank offered rate, or Libor.

At 0835 GMT, Turk Telekom shares were trading 2.05% higher at TRY6.96 amid a 2.4% higher overall Istanbul market.
