Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 16, 2019, Timberline Resources Corporation (the “Company”) announced consolidated financial results for its second quarter of the fiscal year 2019, ended March 31, 2019. The Company also announced its upcoming Elder Creek drill program.

On May 16, 2019, the Company issued a press release entitled “Timberline Resources Announces Q2 FY 2019 Financial Results and Elder Creek Drill Program.
