SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SUNR) announced today that it has signed an exclusive Agreement with Camelot Sports & Entertainment LLC, to produce up to 12 of their award-winning Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Events at the Mesquite Championship Rodeo site in Mesquite, Texas. The first event is scheduled for July 12th, 2009.

Camelot recently purchased Resistol Arena and the MCR. The Arena was previously owned by Southwest Sports Group, which also owns the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars. The Arena has long been an important fixture to the City of Mesquite, and its revitalization starts immediately.

Camelot will remodel suites and entertainment areas inside the arena, with all renovations to be completed June 2009. The venue, which hosts seating for up to 6,000, will include a new VIP Club and two new state-of-the-art color video boards.

SUN Chairman/CEO CJ Comu stated, "This is a great strategic relationship with a venue partner as well as a great group of sports marketing professionals. Camelot will be responsible for marketing the events, handling ticket sales, promotion and public relations and helping build the fan base." SUN will be producing the Art of War series as well as introducing a new MMA series for alternative markets. The growth of MMA has not slowed down. The largest MMA producer, UFC, recently completed an MMA Event with a record live gate of $4.9M. SUN will be working with new Corporate Sponsors and a new TV partner to bring the excitement to the millions of homes across America and through foreign distribution.
