Item 8.01 Other Events

SOYO, Inc. announced today that has filed a lawsuit against Gregg Appliances, Inc. (DBA HH Gregg) for non payment of over $150,000 of invoices. The invoices are over 150 days past due, and numerous attempts to collect the balance have been unsuccessful.
