SNM Global Holdings (PINKSHEETS: SNMN) announced today that, as an integral part of its recently announced IP acquisition strategy, it is to commission Patent & Intellectual Property Attorneys to assess its growing Intellectual Property portfolio and secure necessary filings and Patent protections.

The Company has moved quickly to implement its recently announced operations, new business strategy and business plan, including its pioneering MicroTechnology Transfer Program (mt2) and MicroEquity Partner Program.

The Company has recently the announced the signing Letter of Intent to acquire a controlling interest in Live Clean Solutions, LLC (LCS), an developer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative enzyme products produced through its proprietary fermentation technology and procedures as its entrée into the $4.9 Billion Fermentation Chemical Industry.

Last month, the Company signed a $12,500,000 Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer Agreement with EQ-ip Equities (EQ-ip) under which the Company acquires, for development and international distribution, core Small & Micro Hydro technology from the EQ-ip extensive Intellectual Property Portfolio, valued at currently valued in excess of $49,000,000.

Both transactions, purchased through an equity-building issuance of Preferred Stock that will create no debt for the Company, have significantly increased the Company's IP asset base and income projections.

These newly acquired technologies and/or technology groups will be integrated into the appropriate stage of the Company's MicroTechnology Transfer (mt2) Program and MicroEquity Partner Program; and will be introduced into SNM Global's distribution network for emerging market insertion and introduction. The Company has assembled experienced cross-functional teams to guide each innovation acquisition, technological adaptation and system integration through the required steps to successful commercialization.
