Searchlight Solutions Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLLN) is a technology venture holding company focused on providing business development and high level management services for early stage technology companies who are pursuing the benefits of the public marketplace. The pursuit of this business model required Searchlight to locate appropriate acquisition targets with viable revenue models that are in need of these services.

The first of these acquisitions was Midtech Holdings which was later renamed Searchlight Scientific Inc. and designated as the operating entity for ongoing business. Secondly, Searchlight Solutions and subsidiary Searchlight Scientific signed a letter of intent to acquire a controlling interest in Linux Labs International Inc. The letter of intent was executed by the parties in the fourth quarter of 2010 with definitive agreements currently in final negotiation.

Searchlight Solutions will benefit through consolidation of financials while building their "in-house" technology support team from within.

Searchlight Solutions will continue to pursue suitable candidates for acquisition who are in need of their services that will increase the overall value of the company. It is anticipated that this will include several acquisition offers over the next twelve to eighteen months.

Searchlight Solutions will also begin establishing a high-tech consultancy to further assist with the evaluation of the validity of up and coming technologies.
