As the result of the time required to calculate and review complex derivative accounting issues required to be included in the quarterly report on Form 10-Q, the registrant is not able to file the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 until later this week. We believe that the subject Quarterly Report will be available for filing on or before May 22, 2017.
